We are contracted with most insurance carriers. You can call our office to verify that we accept your insurance.

We accept private insurance, Medicare, Worker's Comp, and auto accidents on liens.

We treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions including acute, post-operative, and chronic conditions. Patients will enjoy the state of the art exercise equipment, modalities, and friendly one-on-one care. Treatment will not just focus on treating the pathology, but will also focus on improving overall function.

We pride ourselves on being compliant with Medicare guidelines and our services are covered by Medicare insurance.

Workers' Compensation

In addition to having a referral from your physician, it will greatly expedite your care if you can provide us with as much information as possible regarding your worker's compensation carrier, your case manager, and any previous therapy that you have had to date on this injury.
