About Us

Community Center Physical Therapy is conveniently located directly across from the West Hills Hospital and in an area that serves a wide variety and age of patients. We have a full service orthopedic clinic that includes a Pilates Reformer. The clinic was started in 1962 and has always been family owned. We provide rehabilitation to those with orthopedic, neurological, or other post-operative conditions and injuries. Our physical therapists have extensive experience and training in all aspects of care, as well as specialty training in orthopedics, manual therapy, and sports therapy.
